Blue cheese pasta

1x | 2x | 3x | 4x
  • 500g pasta
  • 400g gorgonzola
  • 400ml double cream
  • 100g parmesan
  • black pepper, to taste
  1. Add 500g pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook
  2. Melt 400g gorgonzola in a pan, and add 400ml double cream slowly, stirring all the time
  3. Grate 100g parmesan
  4. Drain the pasta and immediately tip into the pan with the cheese sauce and combine
  5. Mix in the parmesan and black pepper, to taste
