Blue cheese pasta

- 500g pasta
- 400g gorgonzola
- 400ml double cream
- 100g parmesan
- black pepper, to taste
- Add 500g pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook
- Melt 400g gorgonzola in a pan, and add 400ml double cream slowly, stirring all the time
- Grate 100g parmesan
- Drain the pasta and immediately tip into the pan with the cheese sauce and combine
- Mix in the parmesan and black pepper, to taste
