Carbonara

- 500g pasta
- 8 rashers bacon
- 4 eggs
- 100g parmesan
- black pepper, to taste
- Add 500g pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook
- Meanwhile, cut 8 rashers bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy. Remove from the heat and cool
- Whisk 4 eggs and add black pepper, to taste
- Grate 100g parmesan
- Drain the pasta and immediately tip into the pan with the bacon, add the egg and combine
- Mix in the parmesan
