Carbonara

  • 500g pasta
  • 8 rashers bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g parmesan
  • black pepper, to taste
  1. Add 500g pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook
  2. Meanwhile, cut 8 rashers bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy. Remove from the heat and cool
  3. Whisk 4 eggs and add black pepper, to taste
  4. Grate 100g parmesan
  5. Drain the pasta and immediately tip into the pan with the bacon, add the egg and combine
  6. Mix in the parmesan
