Hummus (χούμους)

- 400g of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- Rinse 400g of chickpeas in a colander under cold running water.
- Put the chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 lemon, 4 garlic cloves, 5 tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
