Hummus (χούμους)

1x | 2x | 3x | 4x
  • 400g of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  1. Rinse 400g of chickpeas in a colander under cold running water.
  2. Put the chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 lemon, 4 garlic cloves, 5 tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
