Pancakes

- 100g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml milk
- Whisk together 100g plain flour, 2 eggs and 300ml milk until smooth
- Cover and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight (you can skip this step if you are in a rush)
30 minutes
- Heat a knob of butter in frying pan over a medium heat and pour in a ladle of the batter
- Cook until the top of the pancake is dry and it slides easily on the pan, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
