Pancakes

1x | 2x | 3x | 4x
  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml milk
  1. Whisk together 100g plain flour, 2 eggs and 300ml milk until smooth
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight (you can skip this step if you are in a rush)
  3. 30 minutes
  4. Heat a knob of butter in frying pan over a medium heat and pour in a ladle of the batter
  5. Cook until the top of the pancake is dry and it slides easily on the pan, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
