Sourdough Naan Bread

- 450g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 120g sourdough starter
- 150ml milk
- 210ml yoghurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Mix 450g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp caster sugar, 120g sourdough starter, 150ml milk, 210ml yoghurt and 2 tbsp oil to form a dough
- Knead on a dry surface for 10 minutes

- Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours

- Heat the oven to 230ºC with a bread stone inside
- Knock back and divide the dough into 6 equal pieces
- Roll each piece out and form into a tear shape, measuring roughly 25cm by 13cm
- Put them on the stone in the oven, two at a time, for 3 minutes (they should puff up in the oven)
