Sourdough Pancakes

- 270g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 230g sourdough starter
- 360ml milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- lemon, sugar, yogurt, berries, etc., to top
- Mix 270g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 tsp salt in a bowl
- Add 230g sourdough starter, 360ml milk, 1 egg beaten and 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix until combined
- Heat butter in a frying pan until very hot
- Pour a ladle of pancake batter into the hot pan and cook until the pancake starts bubbling on top
- Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1 minute

- Serve warm with lemon, sugar, yogurt, berries, etc., to top
