Yorkshire Puddings

1x | 2x | 3x | 4x
  • 70g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  1. Whisk together 70g plain flour and 2 eggs
  2. Gradually add 100ml milk while continuing to whisk until smooth
  3. Mix in ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper
  4. Heat oven to 220ºC/fan 210ºC
  5. Put a little 2 tbsp vegetable oil in each hole of a 12 hole muffin tin and place in the oven for 5 minutes
  6. 5 minutes
  7. Pour the batter equally into the 12 holes and bake for 20 minutes (do not open the oven door until the puddings has fully risen otherwise they will collapse)
  8. 20 minutes
